I was wondering what the latest thoughts were on Sam not only stepping down as Alliance leader but also leaving the Alliance all together were. How is that affecting TLS? Is it affecting us? Is it none of my business and when it becomes my business y'all will let me know what my business is? j/k
I got some help from a Zoo member last night on 3 quests in Bloodstone cave so they're still around.

I've never been much of one for change so I guess that's why I have an uneasy feeling about all of this but I also seem kind of sad about it which is strange to me because it's not like I played with her a bunch or any thing like that. Maybe it's because I saw and felt her influence so much on the MYST forum and in alliance chat channel. Or maybe I just had to much pizza and beer last night and I'm getting the 2 gut feelings confused.

Anyways, I've rambled on enough for now I guess.

I also don`t like changes like that. Sam had a big influence on everything that was going on in the alliance and it was a real shock to hear about her leaving. But she had her reasons and RL is the most important after all

I don`t know Jo, but Hans says she`s great so I believe it is so

So after the first shock we agreed (at least the ones who were online at the time) to stick around and see how it goes. Of course if the alliance becomes PvP, most of us will not feel comfortable here any more and we will have to rethink everything. But for now it all seems OK. And after all, it`s up to Mike in the end. He is the boss after all

I guess that was part of the reason for posting on here. I know that when she announced she was leaving, I for one thought of bolting but I think that was because of the shock value of the announcement. I didn't seeing that comin' by a country mile for sure.
Anyways there was quite a bit of dialog going on in guild chat but I haven't been on since at the same time as any of y'all so I was trying to get a feel for what was or was not coming. And also the fact that Mike wasn't present (I don't believe) when all of this was going on so I was wondering what he thought of it.

I think it was good that you posted your thoughts here, so that other people might also feel free to do so.
Sam leaving, I didn't see it coming either, so I was also chocked. We had a discussion in GH, Mike was there that day and we all decided to see what was going to happen, to give it a few weeks. Mike is away on business until the end of the month more or less, we'll talk more when he's back. But I felt that we didn't need to leave the alliance immediately. It is however something we should monitor.
