As some you of know I've been stuck here for awhile. Well good news, I got in a really good PUG last night and we beat it 3 times after losing Master Togo on our first try. Why 3 times you may ask? The information found here (http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Talk:Vizunah_Square) may help others avoid the fate that we faced last night. Apparently it is buggy as hell when it comes to Mhenlo & Togo talking to each other and being in proximity so that doors open, enemy spawn, etc....
The key point that would have save us a lot time is this:
"There are multiple glitch points in this mission, they are summarized in two types:
1. The dialog glitches: In these glitches, after clearing an area (mostly the first area where the two groups meet or the second area leading to the bridge) Mhenlo and Togo will NOT be able to start the dialog that is SUPPOSED to happen after you slay the final boss of the area. This is mainly caused by Minion Masters and their minions pulling Mhenlo (who likes to heal minions in his spare time) too far away from Togo. For some reason, the dialog will not start unless they are close to each other (like within each others' aggro bubble). This will manifest itself in Togo stopping and refusing to move after his group while the other group runs off with Mhenlo. The only remedy is to bring Mhenlo all the way back to Togo to resume the conversation."
We let all of our minions die and the 1st door still wouldn't open one time. Another time the cut scene never started so we all resigned and the moment we did, the cut scene activated, that rezzed us and we played through to the end with that pain in the butt dialog box in the center of the screen the rest of the way. We beat the Shiro'ken at the end but it didn't give us credit for it or start the end mission cut scene. Oh and btw we never had a human team join us from the other side until the very last one, when one of the PUG members went and changed characters and joined in from the other side. So that wasted some good 1337 points right there imo.
So the short of it is to keep Togo and Mhenlo near each other if you get stuck.
PS-I still want to scream. That has to be the most frustrating experience in GW I have ever had outside of Anet disconnects in the middle of squishes. And it may even top those.
