My name is
Jamie James (in effort to avoid what Hans called "Jamie chaos" I shall make this concession 
) and I’m a 31 year old male from Georgia in the USA. I started playing GW in December of 2007 and was immediately addicted. My obsession last for 3 months and then I had to quit for about 4 months because of work. I’m really still getting back into it as I haven’t been able to spend the kind of time I did at first what with a new job and having to move. It was my first RPG and MMO. Before this Age of Empires (all of them) took up my time and an old classic, Master of Orion II was right behind them. I play FPS also and NCAA football and racing games on my X-Box. And Guitar Hero is the coolest game since… ever. Even if I can’t play it above medium 
. I enjoy watching history, war, and job (think Ice Road Truckers, Deadliest Catch, Dirty Jobs, and Cops) documentaries and Sci-Fi movies and series. But I don’t have TV. I mean I own one but I only have game consoles and a DVD player hooked up to it. I get my weather off the internet and local news from the paper and radio.
I work as a business manager for two stucco and stone companies and a roofing company. The first job I have ever had that makes me dread Fridays. *shakes head*
This I my second guild and I’m still trying to adjust to the UK time deal and sense of humor (or is that humour?
).
I don’t say nearly as much as I would normally because I’m hexed with -90% typing speed and simply atrocious spelling. ( As proof of this I submit for your consideration the case of my exuberance over spelling “atrocious” correctly on the first try. *high fives all around and fist pumps*) Yeah, I’m “special”. Apologies. It seems I have wandered off topic.
My characters are:
Knaught Ghey a level 20 Ele/Mez with often no Mez skills because of all my fire skills. With my recent purchase of EOTN I’m having to learn to use other stuff though because of the Destroyers being fire resistant like the Titan were at the end of Profs. And unlike in Profs where you knew the Titans were going to be I keep running up on Destroyers in all the wrong places and times. I farm Nolani Academy with him solo for Charr carvings, singed skulls, and the occasional blue armor drops. Any suggestions on where such a soft toon could farm solo for better drops?
The Hand of James a level 12 (?) W/Ra in pre searing. Thinking about trying for that pre-searing defender title with him. I forget the name of title and that brings me to another trait of mine: I am horrible with names, so if I can’t remember your real life name please don’t get mad at me. It’s not my fault I was dropped on my head once (or several as the case may be) too many times as a kid.
Purple Jebus a level 8 Necro/Ranger who has just made it through the Searing. Planning on making him a MM at some point but right now I’m spending all my time on Knaught.
One unused slot. Was leaning towards a monk. Any thoughts for this unused slot?
I play virtually no PvP though I would be glad to support the guild or alliance in any such endeavors if they are willing to put up with my noobness. I have completed prophecies with Knaught and have him working on HM missions and bonuses when not farming or in EOTN. Can’t wait till I can do HM in EOTN!
I must thank Tim, Katja, Overlord of Troy, and Laguna de Loire because I suck at talking about myself and I “borrowed” ideas from their intros and in Tim’s case just ripped him clean off. Sorry about that. But as they say, it is easier to ask for forgiveness than to get permission.
